Trekking · Nepal, west to east

From the Far West
to Kanchenjunga.

Nepal is long, and every valley is different. Here are its mountain regions from west to east, and the lowland parks in the south. Choose a region on the map, or a kind of walk below. Where I haven't written a walk yet, the map says so, and you can still ask me.

Not sure which?

Start with the time you have.

The number of days decides more than anything else. Choose by that first, then by how high you are happy to sleep.

Just need a guide?

You can hire me by the day.

Treks with high passes, and moderate treks like Everest
$35 a day
Lower-altitude treks
$25 a day

That is my own fee. Permits, lodges, food, transport and flights are paid separately.

I don't sell packages. I guide, and I help you arrange the rest (rooms, transport, permits) at what it actually costs. If you would like it all put together as one package, ask me: I make one only on your request, and we confirm it by email.

A trail you don't see here? Tell me which one. I may know it.

Write to me

Tell me a little about the walk you have in mind. I read every message myself and usually reply within a day; from the trail, where there is often no network, it can take a few days.

Or, if you prefer, write to me on WhatsApp.
